Participants must meet any minimum age requirements stated for specific courses. Our services are aimed at adult learners and professionals; parental consent is required for those under 16 where permitted by law.
You agree not to use Lumvani services for unlawful activities, to infringe rights of others, or to transmit harmful or abusive content. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.
Availability of courses and features may vary by jurisdiction. Access from certain countries may be restricted due to legal or regulatory constraints.
Accounts and access
To access some features you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Provide complete and accurate information when registering and update it promptly if it changes. We may suspend accounts that contain false or misleading information.
Protect your password and enable multi-factor authentication where available. Notify Lumvani immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly agreed in writing by Lumvani. Sharing login credentials is discouraged and may lead to access restrictions.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact Lumvani support immediately via our contact page so we can take protective measures and contribute.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, security reasons, or suspected fraudulent activity. We will provide notice where feasible and permitted by law.
Services provided
Lumvani provides instructor-led and self-paced courses, assessments, and career support resources designed to support professional development. Course content, schedules and instructors may change; such changes will be communicated to enrolled participants.
We may modify, add or discontinue features or courses at our discretion. Where changes materially affect enrolled participants, we will provide reasonable notice and options where appropriate.
We strive to maintain platform availability but cannot ensure uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. Lumvani is not liable for temporary service disruptions.
Participant rules and conduct
Participants are expected to engage professionally and responsibly. The following rules apply to conduct within courses, forums and events hosted by Lumvani.
- Respectful and professional behaviour in all interactions with instructors and peers.
- Use course materials for personal learning and do not redistribute proprietary content without permission.
- Do not impersonate others or create accounts using false information.
- Follow instructor directions and specific course policies regarding assessments and submissions.
- Report observed policy violations or security concerns to Lumvani support.
- Comply with applicable laws and intellectual property rights.
- Refrain from disruptive behaviour that undermines the learning environment.
User content and contributions
Participants may submit posts, assignments, feedback and other content while using Lumvani services. You are responsible for the information you share and must ensure it does not infringe rights or violate the law.
You retain ownership of original content you create, subject to the rights you grant to Lumvani in these terms and any course-specific agreements.
By submitting content you grant Lumvani a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display the content as necessary to provide services, improve offerings and comply with legal obligations.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful material.
Lumvani may remove or disable access to content that violates these terms or applicable law. We will review takedown requests and provide notice where appropriate.
Intellectual property
All course materials, branding and platform content provided by Lumvani are protected by intellectual property laws. Your access to content does not transfer ownership. Use is limited to personal, non-commercial learning unless expressly licensed.
- Do not reproduce Lumvani course materials for commercial distribution without written consent.
- Do not remove copyright, activity or other proprietary notices from materials.
- Request permission from Lumvani for derivative works or public presentations based on our materials.
Paid courses and services
Certain courses, certifications and premium resources require payment. Paid services are subject to the pricing, billing and refund policies described at the point of sale and in these terms.
Prices for paid courses are listed on the course page and may include applicable taxes. We aim to keep pricing current; errors will be corrected promptly and purchasers will be notified.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By purchasing, you authorize Lumvani to charge the payment method you provide and to share information necessary for payment processing in accordance with our privacy policy.
Recurring subscriptions will renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for keeping payment details current and for cancelling in accordance with the specified cancellation process.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis consistent with the refund policy stated at purchase. Refund eligibility may depend on course access, completion status and timing.
You may cancel paid services as described in the course or subscription terms. Cancellation may not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise specified.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties or levies applicable to purchases under local law. Where required, Lumvani will collect tax at the point of sale.
Lumvani reserves the right to modify prices for future purchases. Price changes do not affect fees already paid for active enrollments unless explicitly stated.
Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to paid services. We reserve the right to recover outstanding amounts through collection processes permitted by law.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumvani is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the services. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid by you for the relevant service in the preceding 12 months, except where otherwise required by law.

We may integrate third-party tools, platforms and vendors to deliver parts of our services. Those parties have separate terms and privacy practices. Lumvani is not responsible for third-party obligations or the content they provide.
Termination and suspension
Lumvani may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or for operational or security reasons. Users may also close their accounts and discontinue use at any time following the account closure procedure.
Upon termination, access to course materials and platform features will cease. Certain obligations, such as payment obligations and intellectual property protections, survive termination.
Privacy and data protection

Communications and consent
